WRATH: Aeon of Ruin is stated to consist of fifteen levels, divided into three "hub" worlds. Within each hub, the levels can be revisited in a "Metroidvania"-style gameplay. After completing all five levels within the hub, the boss of the hub will be unlocked.[1]

The Early Access release revealed the first hub world, along with two levels. The Gardens level was added in Content Update #1 (Feburary 25, 2020). The Priory level was added in Content Update #2 (May 28, 2020). The Hollow level was added in Content Update #3 (January 14, 2021):
