There are ten Artifacts in WRATH: Aeon of Ruin for the player to use.
The Artifacts act as time-limited powerups that can be stored in inventory and used at will. Sigils are an alternative, being limited time powerups that can only be activated by walking through them.
Currently, five out of ten Artifacts have been shown.
Life Siphon[]
Receive lifeblood from the slain.
Cruel Aegis[]
Exchange lifeblood for invincibility.
Drowner's Apparatus[]
Breath immersed.
Confounding Altar[]
Turns enemies against themselves.
Trinket of Deflection[]
Creates an immobile shield that deflects projectiles.
